Testimonials

At Ensign, HSE is a true career path. Over the past 20 years, I’ve grown from building rigs to leading corporate HSE, developing systems that strengthen operational risk management, governance, and safety leadership, and today I’m proud to mentor team members like Parisa, who began as an intern and now serves as our HSE & Training Coordinator/Admin. Together, we pair real‑world field insight with disciplined systems and training to keep our people safe and our operations strong.
Working at Ensign has given me the opportunity to grow professionally while being part of a team that truly values safety, integrity, and collaboration. I’m proud to contribute to a culture where people support one another and take pride in delivering quality work every day.

What is the typical recruitment process for corporate and regional roles?

The recruitment process generally begins with submitting an online application, followed by a screening review from our Talent Acquisition team. How do corporate and regional roles contribute to Ensign’s overall operations?

Corporate and regional teams play a vital role in supporting field operations. These functions—such as finance, HR, HSE, supply chain, IT, engineering, and operational support—help drive overall business performance. By providing strategic guidance, administrative expertise, and technical resources, these teams ensure field crews and office staff have what they need to operate safely, efficiently, and effectively.

What benefits and perks are offered for office‑based employees?
