Testimonials

Being able to work on the rig with my dad has always been a childhood dream and now will forever be the best memory I have this year

My favorite memory is California Well Service reaching 1 year IFO this year. The 1 year IFO always seems to elude us but with the major push on EnCAAP this year, it has helped us tremendously and our crews. We have a great leader and he supports his Superintendents day and night, 24/7.

My favorite memory this year was being to accomplish a 24hr rig move! Being the first and fastest Big Rig!!!

The Employee Journey

From your first day at Ensign, we will help you discover new skills and acquire knowledge that prepares you to enhance your career so you can achieve your professional goals.
