Rockwell nitrogen pumper units provide safe and effective solutions for completion and workover applications.

Nitrogen Units Specs:

• Single tridem chassis
• 530 hp Cummins – 18 speed transmission
• Flameless unit, designed and built by WellQuip
• 10,000 psi Triplex liquid nitrogen pump
• Pump rate – min 10 scm/min, max 85 scm/min at 100 F
• 3000 gallon cryogenic storage tank (7200 scm, located in Grande Prairie)

Applications:

• Coiled tubing conveyed nitrogen for well bore cleanouts of sand or fluids
• Pressure testing and purging pipelines / plant manifolds / flowlines
• Well kick arounds to clean up for perforating or other well operations
• Kick start well
• Circulate free stuck drill pipe on drilling rigs
• Free downhole equipment through circulation of nitrogen
