• Comprehensive awards program to reward employees achieving a high standard of safety
• Competency assessment program (industry/PSAC/PITTS)
• Long-term membership with Petroleum Services Association of Canada (PSAC)
• Certificate of Recognition since 1996 with “Partnership in Alberta” in labor standards, health and safety

Opsco employs full-time training personnel, committed to the development of new employees as well as the ongoing training at all levels of operations.
