• Training & Leadership – Driller’s Competency Training; our goal is to have all our drillers become journeyman within three years.
• Hazard Recognition - Risk assessments are conducted for all critical tasks; we will not perform task if we cannot mitigate the hazard to an acceptable level.
• Design - Our Automated Drilling Rigs are engineered to be safest rigs in the industry.

Our vision, Driving to Zero Incidents

Driving to Zero Incidents is a decision to change. We are changing the idea that safety is a poster on the wall or a policy in a manual. Zero is the appropriate number of incidents, injuries and days off work due to injury. Nobody in the industry wants to see injuries. Supervisors don’t want their crewmembers hurt and crewmembers don’t come to work and plan to get injured. We have to take that drive and make it an on the job, everyday belief. We have to translate that belief into action.

Our goal is to protect our people, our property, and the environment from undesired injury, damage, or loss. It is possible to run all operations with out hurting people and damaging equipment or the environment.
